Each gathering weaves together elements such as:

• Morning intuitive yoga — feminine, somatic, and deeply attuned to inner rhythms

• Therapeutic food from the Awakened Kitchen — holistic nourishment prepared with intention, aligned with the seasons and elements

• Soulful practices — energy healing, embodiment, breathwork, Human Design, astrology

• Circles and rituals — women's circles, singing, dance, fire ceremonies, and practices that honour your becoming

• Nature immersion — ocean swims, forest walks, island magic, and elemental connection

• Creative expression — voice, movement, journaling, silence, and deep listening

Some retreats are for women only, others welcome all genders or couples — yet all are designed as sacred spaces of remembrance, reconnection, and embodied joy.
