This is a feminine, soulful approach to nourishment, rooted in seasonal living, Traditional Chinese Medicine, food energetics, intuitive cooking and a deep respect for what the body truly needs – on all levels. It’s not about perfection or following recipes step by step. It’s about reconnecting with the sacredness of food - with joy, creativity and self-trust in the kitchen.
Through the Awakened Kitchen, I support others in making food a space of care, aliveness, joy and gentle transformation – both in everyday life and during retreats. You’ll often find my meals at the heart of the retreats I co-create – warming, balancing, made with love and intention.

Intuitively Tailored: Menus are designed in resonance with the group, the theme of each retreat, and even the energy of the day — hot or cold, grounding or uplifting.
Whole, Clean Ingredients: No refined sugar, wheat or cow’s milk. I use natural alternatives like dates, honey, coconut yogurt and fermented foods.
Energetically Balanced: Each meal considers yin & yang, cooking methods, textures and flavors to bring emotional and energetic harmony.
Deep Nourishment: Balanced meals based on modeern nutrition and macrobiotic wisdom — for vitality, digestion, and radiant energy.
Creative & Alive: Expect activated seeds, colorful vegetables, medicinal herbs, vibrant condiments, and spontaneous inspiration.
