This is my signature, most complete session - a powerful synthesis of everything I offer. In these sessions I combine:

  • Lifestyle Support – gentle suggestions related to nourishment, daily rhythm, emotional balance, or body care (inspired by modern nutrition Traditional Chinese Medicine, intuitive yoga, and more)
